Basic Business Checking
This fundamental account features all of the basic features required to do business banking. There is no minimum daily balance, and you are allowed up to 100 transaction items per month at no charge. Transactions may include checks, deposits, and electronic debits and/or credits. Any transaction items over the 100th transaction item will cost $0.25 each.
Business Advantage Checking
The Business Advantage Checking is an amped up version of our Basic Business Checking. There is a $20 monthly fee that may be waived with a $20,000.00 minimum daily balance. You are allowed up to 300 transaction items per month at no charge. Transactions may include checks, deposits, and electronic debits and/or credits. Any transaction items over the 300th transaction item will cost $0.50 each. Business Advantage Checking clients receive free eStatements. (Paper statement option is $5.00 per month).
This top tier business account offers unlimited deposit and check writing, and the ability to offset activity charges with maintained balances. Examples of fees that may be offset by maintained balances include monthly maintenance, checks or debits, deposits, deposit items, and electronic debits and/or credits.
Home Federal also offers Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts (IOLTA) and Interest Bearing Real Estate Trust Accounts (IRETA) for qualified businesses.
