How to Update your Contact Information in One of Two Ways

Keeping your contact information current and accurate is extremely important when it comes to your bank accounts. It’s used to help verify your identity, helps keep your accounts secure, and allows us to contact and communicate with you more efficiently on important deadlines, account information, and special promotions.

You can update your contact information in one of two ways:

1. Log into your online banking portal and, in the menu bar on the left, select “Manage Settings,” then “Address Change” from its dropdown. All your most up to date information on file with the bank will be listed there for accuracy verification. If something needs to be changed, simply choose the account, update the information and click “Submit."

2. Simply contact your local Home Federal or call 888.489.5355 to verify or update your information on file.
