What is account analysis?
An account analysis statement is the bank's invoice to you. The statement includes detailed information relating to the noncredit bank services that were used over a specific period.

Who can benefit from account analysis?
  • Companies using noncredit bank services
  • Companies with a need to monitor bank compensation balances
  • Companies paying directly for services in lieu of balances
  • Companies wanting specific information on the cost of their depository services
  • Companies with multiple checking accounts
How does it work?
  • We put your company on the account analysis system
  • An analysis statement is generated monthly that reflects services used over the previous month
  • The analysis statement provides:
    • Average ledger balance
    • Average collected balance
    • Compensating loan balance (if applicable)
    • Earnings credit rate – Earnings credit or shortfall
    • Detail of activity passing through the account
  • The analysis statement is made within the first ten business days of the following month
