Home Federal is committed to supporting every community we serve.  In addition to monetary contributions, we encourage all employees to actively volunteer their time and talents to non profit organizations and comprehensive programs that focus on issues important to Home Federal's communities.

Home Federal has developed a special “Community Impact Program” to focus our efforts on a select non-profit. It is a three year commitment of donations, employee volunteers and service to achieve specific agency advancement. In 2012 we are in the third year of our commitment with the regional office of the National Alliance on Mental Illness,(NAMI) of Southeast Minnesota. This is America's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness through education, support, research, and advocacy.

It is our belief that our service to others strengthens our communities, enriches our own lives, and embodies what it means to be a good citizen and an American.
