The Match

Client Services Specialist

-Rochester, MN

Full-time position within the Deposit Operations department. Employees in this position use analytical research and system knowledge to find solutions for individual and business clients, as well as performing daily tasks to ensure the safety and security of clients and shareholders. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• E-Services support
• Client information maintenance
• ATM/ debit card support and fraud protection
• Legal document processes
• Maintenance of various general ledgers
• Cash Management document and agreement completion
• ACH and wire support and monitoring 

Qualifications include:
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to help effectively work with clients, vendors and co-workers
• Knowledge of bank operations, system capabilities, controls and transaction flow
• Analytical skills necessary to recognize and resolve problems and/or errors
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• A minimum of a high school diploma and 2 years of banking experience
• Knowledge of the Fiserv Premier system (preferred, but not required)




Lead Teller

-Kasson, MN 

This full-time position’s responsibilities include daily planning, participating in branch operations, and supervising certain branch staff. This includes oversight of teller sales efforts and policy compliance. The Lead Teller must ensure personnel promote banking products and services, provide referrals, and meet sales and service expectations. 

Job requirements include a high school education with a 2-year degree or higher preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. Previous management experience is preferred.




Mortgage Loan Originator

-Eagan and La Crescent, MN

This position’s responsibilities include generating mortgage loan business from new and existing clients as well as from referral sources and networking. Minimum requirements include 2 years or more of experience in mortgage lending or sales with demonstrated strong sales and networking skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Full-time position available. Tellers are the first line of contact for our clients. Every teller is an integral part of the Home Federal team environment. 

Responsibilities include balancing a teller drawer, providing excellent customer service while going “above and beyond” for our clients, and enhancing the financial well-being of our clients by selling bank products and services.

Required Qualifications Include:
• At least one year of experience in customer service and cash handling
• Ability to navigate various computer programs
• Previous experience selling products and services
• Excellent communication skills
