This full-time position will perform teller, customer service, and new account opening duties. Responsibilities also include meeting sales goals by cross-selling bank products and services. Candidates must be willing to provide prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous customer service.

Computer Operations Specialist
This full-time position will be responsible for operating our Fiserv Systems, including assisting with the implementation and training of new products and releases. The position is responsible for the successful completion of daily teller, branch, and merchant capture runs. This includes supporting branch questions and issues that may arise. You will also complete all electronic transmissions to and from the Federal Reserve on a daily basis.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a college degree or equivalent experience in operations. Requirements also include a minimum of 2 years working experience with Fiserv banking software and excellent communication skills. Position may involve additional hours and weekends.
This full-time position’s responsibilities include daily planning, participating in branch operations, and supervising certain branch staff. This includes oversight of teller sales efforts and policy compliance. The Lead Teller must ensure personnel promote banking products and services, provide referrals, and meet sales goal expectations.
Job requirements include a high school education with a 2-year degree or higher preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. Previous management experience is preferred.
Mortgage Loan Originator
-Delafield, WI, Eagan, MN and Rochester, MN
Mortgage Loan Originators' responsibilities include generating mortgage loan business from new and existing clients as well as from referral sources and networking. Minimum requirements include 2 years or more of experience in mortgage lending or sales with demonstrated strong sales and networking skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

This full-time position’s responsibilities include working in conjunction with the VP/Director of Internal Audit to perform periodic audits on the various areas of Bank Operations.
Qualified candidates will be able to work independently, follow instructions, be detail oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and possess thorough word processing and spreadsheet knowledge. Associate’s degree in accounting or business-related field or knowledge and skill equivalent to that which would normally be acquired through the completion of two years of college. Financial institution experience preferred. Potential for professional development is available.
