The Match

Credit Analyst (2 positions available)


Full-time position. Responsibilities include performing financial analysis, assessing non-financial areas within a credit relationship, evaluating credit risk and recommending appropriate loan structuring for both existing and prospective commercial clients. The Credit Analyst prepares the credit recommendations with supporting documentation, assists in the underwriting and servicing process, and supports the overall commercial lending function.

  • First position requirements include a four-year degree, preferably in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Second position requirements include a four-year degree in Accounting and/or Finance plus prior banking experience.




Assistant Branch Manager


Full-time position. Responsibilities include supervising the activities of the branch office to ensure quality customer service, ensuring personnel promote banking products and services, and assuming responsibility of the branch as assigned.

Minimum requirements include a high school education with a 2-year degree preferred. Previous management experience is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, as well as sales experience. Candidates must be active in the community.




Client Services Specialist


Full-time position to perform day-to-day operational tasks ensuring safety and soundness for clients and shareholders of the bank. Various duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, item processing; E-services; maintaining client information; safe deposit boxes; ATM/debit cards; legal requests; central vault; deposit and Cash Management document and agreement completion; and auto-transfers.

Qualifications Include:
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to help effectively work with vendors and co-workers
• Above average knowledge of bank operations, system capabilities, controls and transaction flow
• Analytical skills necessary to recognize and resolve problems and/or errors
• A minimum of a high school diploma and 2-years banking experience
• Knowledge of the Fiserv Premier system (preferred)




Consumer Banking Specialist


Full-time position. Responsibilities include new account and consumer loan activities as well as meeting sales goals by cross-selling bank products and services. 

Candidates must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in retail banking including customer service, sales, consumer lending and cash handling experience.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Tellers are the first line of contact for our clients. Every teller is an integral part of the Home Federal team environment.

Responsibilities include balancing a teller drawer, providing excellent customer service while going “above and beyond” for our clients, and meeting sales goals by cross-selling bank products and services.

Required Qualifications Include:
• At least one year of experience in customer service and cash handling 
• Ability to navigate various computer programs
• Previous experience selling products and services
• Excellent communication skills

Mortgage Loan Originator

-Marshalltown, IA

This position’s responsibilities include generating loan business from new and existing clients and referral sources.  Strong sales and networking skills required.

Minimum requirements include: 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending and/or sales. Bachelor’s Degree preferred,
