Business Systems Architect

Rochester, MN 

The Business System Architect will design banking system architecture to fulfill the current and future needs of Home Federal Savings Bank.  The Business Systems Architect will also be responsible for automating business processes and integrating technology with end users to create harmonious processes. This includes supporting core banking systems, researching and developing new technologies and designing and implementing automated systems. 

Qualifications include:
• Associate Degree in Computer Science/Programming or 6 to 10 years of experience in related field
• Ability to research, learn and apply new technology
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Process flowchart creation

Client Services Supervisor

-Rochester

Full-time position responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities within our Client Services department.  Responsibilities also include performing updates and monitoring processes and procedures to ensure efficient and timely processing of all backroom operational functions.  

The successful candidate will ensure proper and efficient operating procedures for ATM/Debit card ordering/disputes, IRA/HSA accounts, item processing, ACH/internal transfers, and all other operational areas. They will provide exceptional support to branch offices with system, product and client inquiries, as well as coach staff to provide the same exceptional service. 

Qualifications include:
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effect interactions with staff and other co-workers
• Above average knowledge of bank operations, system capabilities, controls, and transaction flow
• Analytical skills necessary to recognize and resolve problems and/or errors
• Minimum of high school diploma and 5 years banking experience
• Management experience is preferred

Mortgage Loan Originator

This position’s responsibilities include generating mortgage loan business from new and existing clients as well as from referral sources and networking. Minimum requirements include 2 years or more of experience in mortgage lending or sales with demonstrated strong sales and networking skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Staff Internal Auditor

-Rochester

This full-time position’s responsibilities include working in conjunction with the VP/Director of Internal Audit to perform periodic audits on the various areas of Bank Operations.

Qualified candidates will be able to work independently, follow instructions, be detail oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and possess thorough word processing and spreadsheet knowledge. Associate’s degree in accounting or business-related field or knowledge and skill equivalent to that which would normally be acquired through the completion of two years of college. Financial institution experience preferred. Potential for professional development is available.
