The Match

If you are one of the candidates selected for an interview, you will be contacted to set up a time to meet the hiring manager and possibly other staff members. You will also be asked to complete an online personality assessment and provide your permission for a criminal background and credit check.

Credit Specialist


Full-time position for a Credit Specialist in the Business Banking area. Responsibilities include working as a partner with loan officers to process new loans and renewals as well as providing service to existing business loan clients.

Minimum requirements include: College degree or equivalent experience. Candidates must be familiar with common software applications, possess strong accounting skills, and have the ability to provide excellent customer service and administrative support.




Project Assistant


This full-time position will assist with planning and completion of projects involving a wide variety of banking initiatives. This position works with the Project Manager to develop project scope-of-work documents and project plans. The position supports the Project Manager with all documentation needs such as project charters, meeting notes, and task lists.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. The ability to use MS Windows workstation and Office programs is also required.




Banking Specialist


Full-time position. Responsibilities include actively developing new business and expanding existing client relationships. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with their banking needs and processing client account information.

Required qualifications include:
• Previous banking experience, including teller transactions and customer service
• Understanding of bank operations, bank products, sales and new business development
• Ability to analyze client credit data and other related financial information




Part-Time Teller

-Rochester and La Crescent, MN

Responsibilities include balancing a teller drawer, processing financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals by cross-selling bank products and services.

Previous customer service, sales, and cash handling experience is preferred. Flexible scheduling and potential for professional development are available in an exciting team environment. Selected individual will enjoy a competitive salary and generous incentive package with benefits.




Banking Specialist


Part-time position. Responsibilities include performing teller transactions, completing new account activities, providing excellent customer service, as well as meeting sales goals by cross-selling bank products and services.

Successful candidate must be willing to provide prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous customer service.

Qualifications include previous customer service, and sales experience. Cash handling experience is preferred.
