Banking Specialist

-Rochester, MN

Full-time position available. Responsibilities include assisting clients with their banking needs and processing client account information. Additional responsibilities include actively developing new business and expanding existing client relationships.

Required qualifications include:
• Previous banking experience including teller transactions and customer service experience
• Understanding of banking operations, product knowledge, sales and new business development
• Able to analyze client credit data and other related financial information

Mortgage Loan Originator

-Delafield, WI

Mortgage Loan Originators' responsibilities include generating mortgage loan business from new and existing clients as well as from referral sources and networking. Minimum requirements include 2 years or more of experience in mortgage lending or sales with demonstrated strong sales and networking skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Project Manager

-Rochester, MN

This full-time position is responsible for the overall planning, management, and completion of projects across a wide variety of banking initiatives.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Develop project scope-of-work documents and project plans
• Use Project Management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, meet training needs, and define project deliverables
• Ensure effective communication and relationships between various departments and team members

Qualified candidates will be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and have a Bachelor’s Degree and an above average knowledge of bank operations.

Retail Mortgage Loan Processor

-Rochester, MN

This full-time position is responsible for managing mortgage loan files from application to closing.   

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Preparing loan disclosures
• Ordering verifications, appraisals, flood certificates, etc.
• Preparing loan files for underwriting
• Clearing underwriting conditions 

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, and good communication skills. Candidate must have strong organizational aptitudes, be detail oriented, and have the ability to prioritize.  Previous mortgage loan processing experience is preferred but not required.

Staff Internal Auditor

-Rochester, MN

This full-time position’s responsibilities include working in conjunction with the VP/Director of Internal Audit to perform periodic audits on the various areas of Bank Operations.

Qualified candidates will be able to work independently, follow instructions, be detail oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and possess thorough word processing and spreadsheet knowledge. Associate’s degree in accounting or business-related field or knowledge and skill equivalent to that which would normally be acquired through the completion of two years of college. Financial institution experience preferred. Potential for professional development is available.

-Albert Lea, Austin, and Winona, MN

Part-time position available in Austin, Albert Lea, and Winona. Tellers are the first line of contact for our clients. Flexible scheduling and potential for professional development are available in an exciting team environment. Responsibilities include balancing a teller drawer, providing excellent customer service while going “above and beyond” for our clients, and enhancing the financial well-being of our clients by selling bank products and services.

Preferred Qualifications Include:
• Experience in customer service and cash handling
• Ability to navigate various computer programs
• Excellent communication skills
